Dashboard Guide

Everything you need to know about using your UpvoteRocket control panel at app.upvoterocket.com.

Go to app.upvoterocket.com/login and enter your email and password. If you haven't confirmed your email yet, check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation link.

The left sidebar is your main navigation. It stays visible on desktop and slides in from the left on mobile (tap the hamburger icon in the top bar).

At the bottom of the sidebar you can see your email address, your current token balance, a quick Top Up button, and a link to this Wiki.

Tokens are your voting credits. One token equals one confirmed vote delivered to a toplist.

• Tokens are deducted only when a vote succeeds
• Failed votes (captcha, cooldown, site downtime) cost nothing
• Tokens never expire
• You can top up any time

A campaign tells UpvoteRocket which server to vote for, how many votes to deliver, and at what speed.

Click Vote Jobs in the sidebar, then click the New Campaign button in the top right.

Choose the toplist you want votes delivered to from the dropdown. If you're not sure which sites your server is listed on, check all supported sites.

Paste the direct vote link for your server. This is the URL players use to vote for your server on that toplist. For example:

• XtremeTop100: https://xtremetop100.com/in.php?site=12345
• TopG: https://topg.org/Minecraft/in-669639
• Arena-Top100: https://arena-top100.com/vote/123

Important: Use the vote link, not your server listing page.

• Votes: Total number of votes to deliver for this campaign
• Max per hour: Maximum votes delivered per hour (controls pacing)
• Workers: Number of parallel voting workers (1 is fine to start)

Recommended for new users: 50 total votes, 10/hr max, 1 worker. This gives you a controlled test to verify everything is working.

The spread schedule distributes votes over a longer period to look more natural:

• No spread: Delivers as fast as possible up to your hourly cap
• 1 day: Votes spread randomly over 24 hours
• 7 days: Votes spread over one week
• 30 days: Votes spread over one month

For most users, No spread with a reasonable hourly cap (10-30/hr) works well.

Select which vote profiles (usernames) should appear in the vote log. Profiles are created on the Vote Profiles page. You can select multiple profiles and votes will be distributed among them.

If you have no profiles set up yet, votes will still be delivered. Set up profiles to control which names appear publicly on the toplist vote log.

Some sites (like TopRagnarok) require a referral URL. This is the page the vote appears to come from, typically your server's listing page on that toplist. The field shows a red asterisk if it is required for the site you selected.

Below the form you will see the total token cost for the campaign. When you are happy with the settings, click Launch to start. Votes begin delivering within a few minutes.

On the Vote Jobs page, each campaign card shows:

• Status (Running / Paused / Completed)
• Progress bar (votes delivered vs. total ordered)
• Votes per hour
• Token spend
• Last vote timestamp

• Pause: Stops delivery temporarily. Token balance is preserved.
• Resume: Restarts a paused campaign.
• Stop: Ends the campaign permanently. Undelivered votes are refunded to your balance.
• Edit: Adjust the hourly cap, worker count, or referral URL mid-campaign.
• Relaunch: Creates a new campaign pre-filled with the same settings.

Click the campaign row or the Details button to open the full detail view with a vote delivery timeline and mission parameters.

Vote profiles are the usernames that appear in the vote log on a toplist. Go to Vote Profiles in the sidebar to create them.

When creating a profile:

• Username: The name that will appear in the vote log
• Type: Username (free-text) or username from a specific system

Tips:

• Create 3 to 6 profiles per toplist for variety
• Use names that look like real players from your server's community
• Avoid generic names like "player1" or "user123"

The Overview page shows:

• Running campaigns: How many are active right now
• Votes today: Total votes delivered in the last 24 hours
• Success rate: Percentage of vote attempts that succeeded
• Token balance: Your current credit balance

The activity timeline at the bottom shows each vote as it lands, with timestamp, toplist, and result.

When your balance runs low, go to Buy Credits. Choose a package and pay by card (Stripe) or cryptocurrency (NowPayments).

• Tokens are credited instantly after payment
• Running campaigns resume automatically when you top up
• There are no subscription fees. You pay only for what you use.

Not sure if your vote URL works? Use the Quick Test button (the test tube icon next to New Campaign). This fires 5 test votes as fast as possible and shows results in the activity log. It costs 5 tokens.

"My votes aren't delivering"
Check the campaign is in Running status. If the toplist site is temporarily down or has changed its protection, delivery may slow. Token cost is still zero for failed attempts.

"I ran out of tokens mid-campaign"
The campaign pauses automatically. Buy more tokens from Buy Credits and then resume the campaign.

"I entered the wrong vote URL"
Stop the campaign. Unspent tokens are refunded. Create a new campaign with the correct URL.

"I don't know my vote URL"
Go to your server's listing page on the toplist. Look for a "Vote" button and copy the URL it links to. If you're stuck, check the site guide for your toplist.
